The decision to start your own business is never an easy one, and the courage to keep going after you’ve started isn’t always in great supply. As an entrepreneur or business owner you know the frustration, doubt and feeling to quit every other Thursday that comes with working tirelessly to bring your ideas to life! You never fully understand what it takes to run your own business until you actually do it.

Motivation To Keep Going In Business

In my own personal journey, I’ve had great days and I’ve had terrible days. It’s so important to have a tribe of people who believe in you and motivate you to keep going on those days when it feels like you’re getting nowhere or you encounter a major setback. It’s the stories of those who’ve been where we are now and triumphed that keep us believing that we can too. I’ve seen so many stories from now famous people who had hit rock bottom or faced major setbacks, and used that to build the foundation of what they have become and all that they continue to accomplish today - Tony Robbins, Simon Cowell, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Taraji P. Henson, Jack Ma ... just to name a few.

If today happens to be one of those days that you need a dose of courage, #motivation or #inspiration, check out my top 5 all time favourite Ted Talks below.

Me? I keep going because I love what I do and I believe that I can make a difference, and have a positive impact in my own unique way. How about you?
